Sarah is a Research and Evaluation officer who has 16 years of experience working in higher education across health professional education and science programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, across face-to-face and online modes. Sarah is experienced in curriculum design, program evaluation, problem-based learning, educational theory, and qualitative and quantitative research methods. She completed her PhD in the area of Educational Psychology focusing on the transfer of learning between problem-based learning tutorials and the clinical setting.
Sarah lives in Orange with her husband and three young boys, and previously worked at the University of Sydney before coming to CSU in 2008. As a member of the u!magine team, Sarah is responsible for evaluating the Online Learning Model and developing evaluation frameworks and research projects with regard to strategic initiatives and innovation undertaken within Learning Online.
